When you sign up for an individual session our goal is to learn to work with your past experiences and attachment styles rather than push them away. I use the Somatica Method* through my training with Celeste Hirschman and Daniel Harel through the Somatica Instutute. While the idea of healing is nice and culturally expected, it isn’t always realistic to expect to release a part of yourself that’s been with you for decades.
This work is potent and takes time to digest. The pace might feel slower than you’re used to and yet the results will ripple out into all areas of your life in profound ways.

While these sessions are usually 90 minutes long there is the option of making space for longer sessions if desired. Whether you’re dating or married to one person or more (regardless of your relationship structure), coming together in an intentional space of connection to learn about your own and each other’s desires and capacities can bring balance and juiciness to your relationships. Often individual sessions are helpful to sort through some of the more challenging areas before we get started, however they are not required. The advanced Couples’ Training I received from the Somatica Institute* guides my approach and practices.

Showing up for yourself in this way is so brave and often essential yet overlooked. As women we’re conditioned to live with discomfort or pain and help others before attending to our own needs. This time is for you to restore balance in your pelvis to help bring more ease moving through the world. Here we take 90 min which includes time for a health history, hands on work, and integration.
Pelvic floor massage has various names and is an internal practice you can learn on your own, with a partner or receive a session with me. It is consent based and trauma informed. This transformational hands-on approach is needed for certain symptoms either emotional or physical. My hip pain during pregnancy was so bad that I tried many different practitioners. I have used yoni massage in my private midwifery practice for years. In 202, I trained with Tami Kent’s Holistic Pelvic Care™ workshop in Portland, Oregon. I also teach groups of women DIY Yoni Massage to help them understand more about how their own body works and how to help others.

Mediation sessions are blocked out for 3 hours and if less time is taken, great! The goal here is for understanding and resolution and sometimes this can happen in just one session depending on the topic and other times it takes a few more sessions. Mediation is helpful for working through long standing family dynamics that both parties are ready to shift, work relationships that are crunchy, or difficult neighbor relationships or housing (landlord/tenant/housemate) dynamics. I completed my training with the Conflict Resolution Center in 2020 and have helped many people find resolutions.
❋What is the Somatica® Method?
The Somatica Method created by Celeste Hirschman and Danielle Harel and taught through the Somatica Institute. It is an experiential, body-based approach to intimacy and relationship coaching. Unlike traditional talk therapy—which often stays "in the head"—Somatica brings us back into the body to explore our desires, boundaries, and erotic potential in real-time.
It is about moving beyond the "shoulds" of sex and relationships and getting curious about what is actually happening in your nervous system. In our sessions, we don’t just talk about intimacy; we practice it. We use guided exercises to help you:
Feel your "Yes" and your "No" in your body, not just your mind.
Identify core wounds and learn how they show up in your current partnerships.
Practice "Attuned Connection"—the art of being present with yourself and your partner(s) simultaneously.
Ask for what you want with clarity, love, and zero shame.
Whether you are navigating a long-term partnership, exploring ENM, or healing your relationship with yourself, the Somatica Method provides a safe, "crunchy," and ultimately pleasurable container to grow your capacity for connection.
"Real connection comes from showing up as yourself."
- Celeste Hirschman and Dr. Danelle Harel
